RCM Industries, Inc. manufactures direct reading differential pressure flowmeters for liquids and gases, including the Flo-Gage™ and Flo-Gard II™ flow meters. Our line of products also include flow switches, flow transmitters and digital display flow meters. Our flow meters are designed to improve productivity, reduce cost, and protect the most critical equipment and processes. Our liquid and gas flow meters are available in pipe sizes ranging from 1/4″ to 8″ pipe, NPT, BSP, solder connection and wafer flange style connection. They are also available in bronze, stainless steel, or Monel alloys. RCM Industries Flow Meters measure flow based on a differential pressure created across a calibrated nozzle suitable for monitoring lube oil, cooling water, compressed air, oxygen, carbon dioxide. Saturated steam can also be measured up to 120 psig. Flow meters available from 1/4″ to 8″ connection, Bronze, SST or Monel alloy the digital display flow meter is constructed of Bronze or SST only. Dials calibrated in engineering units (GPM, SCFM, LPM, Nm3/HR, etc.) specializing in OEM applications in variety of industrial processes where durability and reliability are important considerations in monitoring flow. RCM Flow Meters are a direct reading flow meter with a large, easy to read dial calibrated in engineering units (GPM, SCFM, l/min, etc.). The RCM Industries Flo-Gage measures flow based on a pressure differential created across a built-in calibrated nozzle. The meter is self-contained and complete. It does not require external power connections, separate orifices, or blocking, purging or equalizing valve. The Flo-Gage for liquids is suitable for measuring water, oil and most other low viscosity liquids which do not deposit out and which are compatible with the materials of construction.

RCM Flow Meters for compressed gases is also suitable for measuring compressed air, oxygen, carbon dioxide and many other nontoxic compressed gases. (Specify option I.) Saturated steam can also be measured up to 120 psig. (Option K).
The RCM Flo-Gage can be fitted with a two-wire transmitter to provide a current output for remote indication, recording or totalization, or with reed switch contacts for signaling high or low flows.
The Flo-Gage flow meter has been developed for industrial applications where durability and reliability are important considerations in the monitoring of flow. The Flo-Gage has accuracy for most industrial processes and is particularly suited for applications where compactness, low cost, minimal maintenance and resistance to accidental damage are important factors.
Typical applications include: lube oil monitoring, blending processes, cooling water, reverse osmosis systems, and compressed air measurement.
